ABOUT ME

Hi I'm Nathan, I am the founder and owner of Strongbuild Training. I have been educating myself within the field of health and fitness for 5+ years, achieving my degree in BSc Sport and Exercise Science.

 

Since then I have been developing my coaching practicality within sport, from Preston North End Academy to fitness coaching roles at Gretna FC 2008 and Kendal Town FC.

 

I have also gained fitness coaching experience in a gym based setting at Total Fitness in PrestonI now have started my venture as a PT dedicating my time to build the brand of Strongbuild Training.

 

As I start this venture I aim to promote myself to the highest point in the industry within my coaching, my social media platform and so much more. So let me help you, join along for the journey and become stronger physically and mentally.
